At shoppingparadise.cc, we want you to be thrilled with your miniature collection. In most cases, items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Live Stream & Unboxing Policy (Lilyminis Specials)

We offer a unique Unboxing Service where purchases are opened during our live streams to share the excitement with our community.

  • Final Sale Notice: Once an item has been unboxed during a live stream and dispatched, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference.

  • Quality Assurance: If an item unboxed on stream is found to have a quality issue, the 30-day product guarantee remains in full effect.

3. 30-Day Product Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, you are fully protected. How to make a claim:

  1. Within 30 days of receiving the product, contact us at lilyminisgo@gmail.com with photos or a video explaining the issue.

  2. Our team at Joyde LLC will review your claim within 2-3 business days.

  3. If approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. You may be asked to return the defective product to our designated US return address.

4. Custom Products & Special Payment Links

Products purchased through special payment links or customized items are made specifically for you. Due to their unique nature, we cannot accept returns or refunds for custom pieces unless they arrive damaged. Please consider your options carefully before purchasing.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Consumer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal preference, remorse, or sizing issues, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Joyde LLC will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or replacement.
