Final Sale Notice: Once an item has been unboxed on stream and shipped, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed quality issue. This helps us ensure fairness and product integrity for all our customers.

2. Refund & Return Policy

General Returns: If you wish to request a return or refund due to personal preference or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Custom Products: Due to the unique nature of custom-made miniature items, we cannot accept any refunds or returns for these pieces once production has begun.
